Responsibilities RN Nursing Supervisor: Respond promptly to residents’ requests. Supervise nursing staff and care services on all units during your shift. Promote facility safety programs. Potentially serve as the Infection Preventionist Nurse. Cover nursing services in the absence of the Assistant or Director of Nursing. Skills and Competencies Effective problem-solving skills. Caring, compassionate, and empathetic attitude. Ability to relate well with residents, families, and staff. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Team-oriented approach. Strong supervisory skills for managing resident care. Qualifications Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
