A leading global engineering manufacturer based in North Somerset are seeking a number of CNC Operators to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established, high-performance manufacturing environment supporting the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and support manufacturing processes to meet production requirements
- Work to stringent aerospace quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices
- Maintain and promote Health & Safety procedures at all times
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with machine operations such as milling, turning, or CNC
- Strong understanding of tolerances, torque, and measurements
- Proven ability to work to local quality standards and standardised work procedures
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Material Flow)
- Awareness of Health & Safety practices
- Reliable, methodical, and safety-conscious work ethic
