The Insight Director will have responsibility for client retention, contract renewal, and revenue growth through products and services which meet the business needs of clients. The overall aim is to boost our clients' market or category understanding whilst building brand equity.

You will be joining our Fresh & Frozen client team, leading a portfolio of some of our largest client relationships and supporting their objectives. You will support a team who work with Circana data to produce insights and deliver outstanding service in line with our purpose of enabling Smarter Decisions. Faster Actions. Exceptional Performance. In this role you will be mentored, trained, and supported to become a high performing member of the team.

The Insight Director is a crucial role within the team, responsible for both team leadership as well as the strategic development of the client relationship. You will demonstrate extensive industry knowledge and an understanding for how data can be applied within our clients' business. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable commercial acumen, proven leadership skills and a passion for building a strong engagement with the client.

This role will have the requirement to travel to the clients' offices based in and around Weybridge currently and Circana's Head Office in Bracknell (roughly once per month).

Main role responsibilities:
  • Client Leadership: Translation of client business objectives to key stakeholders
  • Development ownership of account plans
  • Delivery of Thought Leadership Engagement/Relationship at stakeholder level
  • Ensuring a positive client experience across all Circana touch points
  • Delivery of mutual growth through business consultancy
  • Management of Circana contractual and financial requirements by client, accountable for client P&L
  • Delivery of impactful insight aligned to client objectives
  • Lead client engagement on Circana solutions and capabilities
  • Strong collaboration across functions to deliver Operational Excellence
People Leadership:
  • Coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance
  • Implementation of our people standards and the way that we work
Required profile:
  • Consults with clients to influence thinking and drive Circana business agenda.
