Industrial Recruitment Consultant in Brentwood

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our client based in Brentwood, specialising in the Driving and Industrial sectors. You\’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a quality candidate pipeline for temporary and permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and place candidates into driving (HGV, van, multi-drop) and industrial roles (warehouse, production, logistics)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent delivery of staffing solutions

• Manage vacancies from job briefing through to placement and post-placement support

• Ensure compliance with sector regulations, including RTW, DVLA checks, WTD, and AWR

• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the driving or industrial sector

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organised, proactive, and target-driven

• Knowledge of industry compliance (GLAA, DVLA, Working Time Directive) is desirable
