Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week) The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) works to speed up and support the transition to a more equitable and just future, free from poverty, in which people and planet can flourish. We are an independent UK-wide social change organisation, with a focus across all four nations. Our work is anchored around poverty. We recognise poverty as multi-dimensional, with material, social and emotional aspects (while viewing economic, social and environmental justice as inextricably linked). We believe that many of the systems that fuel injustice in our world can either be remade or unmade. About the role We are seeking a Content Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of timely, high quality, engaging and influential content in line with JRFs mission. You’ll enable collaboration between internal and external content creators, authors, project leads and multi-disciplinary teams and work closely with the Design and Production team and Communications and Public Engagement directorate to implement effective workflows for content planning, creation, and publication. The Content Delivery Coordinator will work closely with all JRF teams to create, curate, and distribute compelling content that resonates with our audiences. This includes written, visual, and multimedia content for platforms such as the JRF website, social media channels, and external publications and platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to bring creativity and a passion for social change to a role where your work will contribute to tackling some of society’s biggest challenges. About you We’d like you to have knowledge of content distribution channels and mixed media outputs with the knowledge of and ability to use creative forms of content. You’ll have an awareness of how accessibility factors into content design and delivery with experience of handling multiple requests effectively. You’ll be an excellent communicator and an efficient planner with previous experience in a communications or content related role. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of project planning software, like Asana and an understanding of effective, optimistic and hopeful content for social change. Able to manage relationships with external partners, including those with lived experience of poverty, you’ll have an understanding of the media and political landscape with previous experience of implementing brand and content guidelines. How to apply If you share our passion and this role sounds like you, then we’re looking forward to hearing from you. Please submit your CV and supporting information via our online application platform. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 25th June 2025. Interviews will take place week commencing 28th July 2025. We reserve the right to bring the closing date forward should enough quality applications be received prior to the current closing date. Additional Information Applications are welcome from all, regardless of age, disability, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, religion or belief, race, sex, sexual orientation, trans status or socioeconomic background. We positively encourage applications from people from marginalised backgrounds, including but not limited to those with experience of living in poverty. We are committed to being an anti-racist organisation and operate an anonymised recruitment process so that bias is eliminated from the shortlisting process. In support of our approach to flexible working, we are happy to receive applications from those seeking full-time employment, as well as those who may want to share the role on a part-time basis. When making your application, please state whether you want to be considered for either full or part-time work and, if part-time, the number of hours per week you would be looking for. At JRF we’re at our best when we’re continually building on trust, showing we care and making a difference – and hope others will do the same. So, for those roles which allow it, we’re developing a more blended approach to how and where you work. This means you can expect to work flexibly between the office and home (with an expectation of two days a week in your home office).
