As part of the Business Intelligence team, the role will interface between business stakeholders across the organization and BI developers. It is also the bridge between the business process/project management team and the BI team and the main point of contact for the BI users’ community, getting involved in cross functional, often strategic projects across all EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of people, technical and organizational skills.
The role will focus on three areas:
Functional requirements gathering:

Manage and document BI requirements from user requests and help prioritize and choose the most suitable BI solution.

Working with our Business Process & Project teams, proactively look at projects underway in other areas to understand any related BI needs.

Identify opportunities to leverage existing or future BI needs across the organisation.
Stakeholder coordination and communications
- Maintain constant and clear communication with stakeholders on BI developments and helpdesk tickets.
Technical/Coordination:

Act as the BI team’s advocate for internal business, conducting regular checkpoints on application usage to proactively identify and address areas for improvement.

Implement channels through which we will receive user feedback and identify improvements.

Organize workshops / trainings on BI Tools based on the findings from the regular checkpoints with the business.

Enhance user experience by creatively documenting data catalogues and BI applications by leveraging advanced system capability.

Collaborating with BI developers where required.

Play a part in creating impactful BI visuals to help make informed decisions.

2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Commercial Finance / FP&A Analyst.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of business stakeholders.

Experience with any data visualisation tools is essential; Qlik Sense/Qlik View is preferred.

Experience and knowledge in SAP preferred.

Have a good understanding of the different business functions within an organization.
