A leading Tier 1 contractor based in the south-coast is seeking a Document Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South Coast's busiest contractors with a fantastic reputation and pipeline of works. The Document Controller will play a key part amongst both the site team, design team and wider business.

This contractor traditionally specialises in housing association frameworks, health care, education and leisure new build and refurbishment developments. The role of Document Controller is a permanent requirement with further works in the area and based out of the head office in Southampton.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is stored correctly in line with company protocol.
  • Assist both client and stakeholders with relevant systems training when required.
  • Continuous maintenance and management to systems throughout the duration of the project.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience using View Point, Procore and other Microsoft packages is advantageous.
  • Relevant experience working on large scale projects within the construction industry.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
