A brand new opportunity working within a highly established projects based construction business who are actively seeking a marketing executive to join their team. Carrying out large to medium projects for local and global businesses to small family organisations. This opportunity will be working on a part-time basis, focusing on the marketing of the business.
This position will see you within a new marketing executive role due to expansion carrying out duties such as:
- Creating a rolling marketing social post plan based on feedback from departments and results from previous marketing efforts
- Coordinating site photos and videos at all stages of projects
- Liaising with operations regarding advertising opportunities on a site for site basis
- Creating marketing presentations required internally
- Collating and sending a cadence of mailings to past customers
- Collating and sending a cadence of e-shots to past customers
- Keeping up a regular supply of blogs on the website
- Creating Case Studies
- Running customer feedback surveys
- Analysing marketing efforts and creating reports for directors to track marketing effectiveness
- Overseeing, forecasting and reporting on marketing budget
The successful candidate will have a need to hold:
- SEO optimisation experience
- Website management experience
- CRM system, WordPress and Mailchimp experience would be desirable but not essential
