My client is a well-established team of local solicitors based in Cambridgeshire, who have supported clients across the area and the broader community for generations. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. You will liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate the buying and selling of residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Conduct property searches and investigations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and manage time effectively to meet client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
