Duties will include:- Responsibility of the Finance Director role:- Oversee the finance function and ensure the group\’s policies and procedures are adhered to Oversee FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and compliance Work closely with the CEO and senior management team on strategy and business development Develop and implement a financial strategy Develop and maintain financial planning and strategic vision Lead the budgeting process and forecasting Present financial reports to the Board Compliance with financial regulations Risk management, control and compliance risk Spearhead the statutory year end liaising with auditors Requirements of the Finance Director role:- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 8 years PQE Professional services/consultancy background SME background hands on to manage the entire finance function Advanced Excel skills First rate communication skills Benefits of the Finance Director role:- Performance related annual bonus Generous pension Private health 25 days holiday 2 days working from home Flexi hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
