As an Aftermarket Service Projects Coordinator, you will lead a team of skilled Service Engineers, overseeing their activities in the field including commissioning, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and manage expectations for field service jobs.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of field service projects, meeting customer expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct risk reviews and analysis for field service projects, prioritising safety and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Engineering, Projects, and Operations.
  • Utilise the Resolve Customer Issues (RCI) process to promptly address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all field service activities.
  • Manage the development plans and skills base of the Field Service Engineers.
  • Oversee aftermarket projects within your remit, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Field service experience is desirable.
