The Role

Seeking a proactive, highly organised Traffic Manager to join a passionate and talented team. This pivotal role will be the operational heartbeat of the agency, ensuring seamless workflow, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery of projects across multiple teams and disciplines. You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, producers, account leads, and freelancers to manage scheduling, prioritise workloads, and optimise delivery processes. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day workflow management across creative, strategy, and production teams

  • Act as a key liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve workflow issues quickly and effectively
  • Manage and maintain freelancer relationships including sourcing, booking, negotiating rates, raising POs, and ensuring smooth onboarding
