Full Time Competitive rate of pay plus monthly service charge, typically 2,400 annually. 45 hours. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and operate Grantley events to the required five star standards outlined in the Procedure Guidelines.
  • Manage all events on-site at Grantley Hall and off-site where required.
  • Undertake forecasts and operate to the budgeted guidelines.
  • Assume the role of senior event planner for large or high-profile events.
  • Competently manage the operation of meetings and events, lunches, dinners, weddings and other occasions at Grantley Hall.
  • Lead, manage, inspire and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Count cash, reconcile payments and bank according to company systems.
  • Maintain good staff welfare and oversee staffing levels.
  • Control the atmosphere of the venue, ensuring appropriate lighting and music.
  • Hold weekly team meetings and provide feedback management decisions positively.
  • Supervise the set up and breakdown of all events hosted at Grantley Hall.
  • Serve customers directly during busy periods.
  • Undertake monthly stock takes and oversee ordering of stock.
  • Responsible for H&S, FSA requirements, Allergy Laws and Hygiene ratings.
