We’re partnering with a forward-thinking, growing construction consultancy to find an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team in East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across both public and private sectors, helping deliver outstanding value and efficiency at every stage. Role Highlights:

  • Carry out cost management for both pre- and post-contract stages.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates, detailed schedules, and cost reports.
  • Work alongside clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure value for money and the best possible outcomes.
  • Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and project delivery.
  • Ideally, experience in sectors such as commercial, residential, or public sector.
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and ideally working towards MRICS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
