We’re partnering with a forward-thinking, growing construction consultancy to find an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team in East Anglia. Role Highlights:
- Carry out cost management for both pre- and post-contract stages.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, detailed schedules, and cost reports.
- Work alongside clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure value for money and the best possible outcomes.
- Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior staff as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and project delivery.
- Ideally, experience in sectors such as commercial, residential, or public sector.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and ideally working towards MRICS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
