The Role
We are looking for a TikTok Live Presenter to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone comfortable and confident in front of the camera, to help us showcase our product range, inform our customers and demonstrate our products, helping to build brand loyalty through engaging live-streams. You’ll be involved in everything from planning the Lives with the social and influencer team, creating engaging content and hosting lives.
This is a permanent, full-time role and some evenings and weekend work will be required.
Responsibilities
- Hosting TikTok lives individually, or as part of a team
- Engaging with the audience and customers; responding to comments, providing product information, product demos and hosting giveaways
- Involved in the planning and organisation of lives alongside the social and influencer team
- Gain knowledge of the products, properties and have a good knowledge and understanding of the skin and haircare industry.
- Maintaining a positive and fun livestream which captivates the audience and builds brand loyalty.
- Monitoring and helping to drive sales
Skills
- Previous TikTok Lives experience is required
- Passionate about beauty!
- Comfortable in front of the camera and confident in presenting – natural conversationalist
- Able to work well as part of a wider team
- Experienced in driving sales
