Health and Safety Consultant Chelmsford Salary up to £30,000 I\’m working with a well-established, multi-industry health and safety consultancy that has been operating successfully for over 10 years. They’re now looking to bring on a Junior Health and Safety Consultant to support their continued growth — a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s early in their career and looking for real hands-on experience, professional development, and long-term progression. This consultancy works with a wide range of clients, primarily in construction, but also across other industries. As a junior consultant, you’ll support more senior team members on a variety of live projects, learning directly from experienced professionals. As a Health and Safety Consultant you will be: * Conducting site inspections and audits * Supporting with health and safety documentation (RAMS, reports, policies) * Advising clients on compliance and best practices (with training and supervision) * Working across different environments and project types This is a role where you won’t be stuck behind a desk all day every day— you’ll be out on-site, meeting clients, and building your practical knowledge from day one.
