Our client, a well established and rapidly expanding employee benefits consultancy, is currently looking to recruit an Employee Benefits Operations Support to join their growing operational team. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operations and broader operations team with change, delivery and ongoing maintenance projects within their growing employee benefits division.
You will support with the production of consistent documentation such as process flow diagrams, training manuals, template letters etc. You will act as an operational point of contact for collaboration with the IT and finance teams in respect key deliverables. You will organise and attend meetings as required to ensure delivery of projects and work streams.
Candidates need to come from an employee benefits background, ideally having a good working knowledge of Group Risk, Group Healthcare and/or Group Pensions. You will have good knowledge of compliance procedures within a financial services organisation and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including ability to produce high standard operational documentation.
