We are currently seeking an experienced Audio Visual and IT Support Engineer to join our London team, representing proAV and working onsite at a leading Global Investment Bank. This position involves working within our end user’s organization that continually invests in advanced technologies, services, and training. Key Responsibilities Rota coverage for all AV teams Testing new technology and firmware for future deployment Raising and resolving issues via ITSM Managing the digital signage mailbox and phone line to resolve user issues Providing access and training on Appspace globally Registering BrightSign players worldwide and updating inventory Opening tickets and coordinating calls with Appspace for issues beyond local troubleshooting Managing the AV support mailbox and phone line Scheduling technicians for support requests Educating clients on AV booking, WebEx, Zoom, and Teams procedures Remotely troubleshooting issues in EMEA meeting rooms and supporting ad hoc requests Supporting meeting rooms in London and other locations Granting onsite access to external visitors in London, Bromley, Camberley, and Chester Handling live troubleshooting escalations for telepresence/WebEx impacting meetings in EMEA Managing stock and justifying consumables Supporting ad hoc checks of telepresence meetings and ensuring correct setup of WebEx/Zoom SIPs Updating BAU SharePoint documents for relevance Updating meeting room guides across multiple locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
