Location: THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PN

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: The Performance Lead will help support the resource and planning team in maintaining and driving operational readiness across Thorpe Park. This role will focus on the support and admin required for conducting spot checks, supporting investigations, and assisting with the facilitation of training courses for frontline staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting the delivery of training sessions for frontline staff, ensuring training materials align with operational standards and safety protocols.
  • Help collaborate with the Operations Specialist and Resource Associates to update and organize training content and materials, reflecting changes in processes, safety regulations, and operational objectives.
  • Support with any Employee Relations (ER) processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
  • Assist with the facilitation of investigations, note taking, documenting findings, and supporting the resolution of operational and employee-related issues.
  • Oversee compliance of policies and procedures set forth within the Merlin Entertainments Group Health, Safety and Security Policy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or resource coordination role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ER, training, and absence management processes.

This role is a full-time role, averaging 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business this will include weekends, bank holidays and some late evenings as required.
