We are looking for a detail-focused part-time Administrator to join our Technical Team. You'll be the go-to person for managing key technical data, ensuring equipment calibration compliance, coordinating customer complaint processes, and overseeing document control. Your work will directly support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the business. We can offer flexibility with hours and are happy to discuss this at interview.

Salary: £14,500 per annum (FTE £29,000)

What You'll Be Doing

  • KPI Reporting: Create and deliver accurate, timely reports on site, group, and customer technical KPIs.
  • Customer Complaints: Log, track, and analyse complaints, producing clear, insightful reports to support investigations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Data Management: Maintain up-to-date, accessible databases to support decision-making across departments.
  • Document Control: Ensure only live, approved documents are in use, with accurate version control and timely distribution.
  • Internal Audit Coordination: Manage the internal audit schedule, keeping everything on track and fully compliant.
  • Equipment Calibration: Organise and oversee the calibration of technical equipment, ensuring records are thorough and standards compliant.
