Corporate Associate | 3-6 PQE

OverviewThis International Law Firm has a reputation for client excellence and high performance while maintaining a fantastic culture and strong work/life balance for its Associates. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a 3-6 year PQE Corporate Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities

Support experienced Corporate Partners on a range of matters mainly private & public M&A and advisory work, including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and private equity.

Qualifications

Excellent academic record.

First‐rate inter‐personal skills.

Specialist technical ability.

Demonstrable corporate experience derived from a leading law practice.
