About The Role We are seeking to recruit a new Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the Digital & IT Project Management Office (PMO) at Plymouth Community Homes. About The Role We are seeking to recruit a new Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the Digital & IT Project Management Office (PMO) at Plymouth Community Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformation and innovation program, working on a range of business, operational, and technology initiatives that support our Strategic Business Plan. By joining the PMO at this pivotal time, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiencies and improvements across the organisation. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual who is not only skilled in business analysis and project management but also has the ability to engage and lead teams through change. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering service improvements and managing medium to large organisational change projects, encompassing people, processes, and systems. Our Ideal Candidate For This Role Is Someone Who has experience of transformation projects/programmes has an aptitude and passion for seeking out operational, service, delivery and customer facing efficiencies and improvements can build strong relationships with operational and strategic teams to embed change is highly self motivated and self driven About Plymouth Community Homes We are the citys largest social housing association, with over 16,000 properties providing homes for more than 35,000 people, and were aiming to grow, to provide more people with high-quality, affordable homes to rent and buy.
