The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful software deployment and support. Key Technical Skills Knowledge of Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), SQL Server, Backup protocols, and Web Hosting. Advanced skills in Windows Server, Virtual Machines, IIS, VPN, RDS, and Web API. Experience with email setup (Gmail, O365). Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server deployment and TSQL scripting.
