The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful software deployment and support. Key Technical Skills Knowledge of Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), SQL Server, Backup protocols, and Web Hosting. Advanced skills in Windows Server, Virtual Machines, IIS, VPN, RDS, and Web API. Experience with email setup (Gmail, O365). Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server deployment and TSQL scripting. Networking knowledge including Firewall configuration. Understanding of software development processes and programming skills in DOS BATCH, PowerShell, or .NET. Key Soft Skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users. Team-oriented, patient, and helpful attitude. Excellent documentation and support skills.
