The role involves working hours per week. The ideal candidate should have excellent client communication skills, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries. Comfortably interacting with clients both over the phone and in person is essential. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding accounts. Provide assistance to clients over the phone and in face-to-face meetings. Proficiency in Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks, with the ability to train clients on these accounting packages. Maintain computer literacy and undertake internal IT tasks such as software updates. Preferably located near the office. Experience in payroll, corporate, and personal tax matters is beneficial but not mandatory. Background in a practice environment is preferred over industry experience.
