This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Physics teacher ready to step into leadership or an experienced 2iC looking for a new challenge. The role is to start immediately.

As 2iC of Physics, youll support the Head of Science in raising achievement across the department, contribute to curriculum planning, and help mentor and develop staff. Youll also be expected to deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3KS4 (KS5 desirable).

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS and have experience teaching Physics at KS3KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Demonstrate strong classroom practice and behaviour management

• Have experience in departmental leadership or a desire to step into a leadership role
