Provide a support function to the delivery of large construction projects, including new buildings and renovations. The team oversee quality requirements for CDM, Fire, MEP services and BIM.

We require a chartered engineer with significant experience, (e.g. CEng MCIBSE, or MIET). The role will support the project delivery from RIBA Stage 1 to RIBA Stage 6 and the defects period thereafter, ensuring Capital Projects meet the standards for building services and uphold sustainability targets.
