A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a MS Power Platform Technical Consultant based in or commutable distance to Newcastle/Blackpool/Manchester. WARNING: for this role, candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. The successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years. What will you do: Identify user needs and build strong relationships with project stakeholders. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions to meet user needs within a delivery team. Be a technical specialist, producing high-quality applications, both model-driven and canvas, as well as enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions. Understand governance principles and advise on best practices for empowering Power Platform makers. Build solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, backed by Microsoft and our technical accelerators. Participate in solution design discussions following software engineering best practices. Your skills and experience: Passion and enthusiasm for the Power Platform, its technologies, capabilities, and limitations. Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams in Power Platform solutions. Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Power Platform solution design and development. Focus on delivering positive outcomes for clients of various scales. Experience working in an agile, collaborative, commercial environment. Role is hybrid: 2 days per week at the nearest office for the first 6 months, then fully remote. Hiring process: Two steps.
