Job Description At Hirevue, we\’re looking for a Customer Success Director (CSD) to join us on a fixed-term contract of approximately 14 months based in the UK. This role is ideal for a customer success professional who thrives in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment and is seeking a high-impact, time-bound opportunity to help shape the future of customer success with a global leader in HR tech. What You’ll Be Doing As a CSD, you\’ll be the go-to strategic partner for our enterprise customers — leading high-value conversations, accelerating ROI, boosting product adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities. You’ll anticipate customer needs, inspire confidence, and help drive measurable success. This is a dynamic, varied role where you’ll shift between strategic advising, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive customer engagement. You’ll wear many hats — strategist, relationship builder, planner — and love every minute. Key Responsibilities Customer Partnership & Strategic Impact Build and execute strategic adoption and value plans across a portfolio of enterprise accounts Drive executive-level discussions and track progress toward business outcomes Champion best practices to elevate Net Promoter Scores and candidate experiences Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to align on customer success goals Identify and pursue growth opportunities in collaboration with the Strategic Sales team Customer Advocacy & Expertise Guide customers in embedding HireVue tools into their recruitment workflows Educate and consult on best practices, product capabilities, and process optimization Represent the customer internally to influence product development and enhancements Qualifications What You Bring 3+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise consulting Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts; Fortune 500 experience a plus Background in SaaS or tech environments Strong business acumen and stakeholder management Confidence in leading executive discussions and change initiatives Familiarity with HR or talent acquisition functions is a bonus Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for customer success Comfort and availability to work in the UK on a fixed-term contract of approximately 14 months Additional Information All team members at Hirevue are expected to embody our core values, which are the H.E.A.R.T. of Hirevue. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings. Important Details This is a fixed-term contract based in the UK. While not a permanent position, it’s a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, mission-driven company.
