We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Cheltenham. As a Store Manager, you'll be expected to manage the day to day operation of the store, manage, coach and develop the team to achieve targets and make sure customers receive first class customer service.

As a Store Manager you can earn up to £50,000 with commission.

What does the role involve?

  • Manage the day to day operation of the store
  • Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets
  • Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to perform at their best
  • Manage sales budgets and delivery targets
  • Manage rotas, holidays and sickness
  • Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store
