Following the retirement of our longstanding finance leader, our new CFO will be an active member of the Executive Team, providing strategic financial expertise and working collaboratively across the organisation and with key stakeholders. The CFO will shape the financial strategy, driving Hightown’s ability to invest and grow, and support the delivery of the business plan by ensuring effective finance resource planning and reporting. This is an important leadership position and will contribute to Hightown’s effective navigation of what is an increasingly complex operating environment, and ensuring we build a stronger focus on our existing customers and homes.
