Known for their strong reputation in property law, the firm is committed to delivering exceptional client service and expert legal advice. Their Blackwood office is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth process for clients. You will handle a broad range of conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and help-to-buy schemes
