What You'll Be Working On:

  • A varied mix of telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments
  • Delivering both planned and urgent primary care
  • Providing patient-centred, evidence-based care
  • Understanding the patient population to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with the wider MDT to manage complex and long-term conditions effectively

What We're Looking For:

  • GMC-registered GP on the GP Specialty Register
  • On the NHS Performers List
  • Background in either primary or urgent care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of clinical care
