As a Dog Walker & Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of the dogs in our care. You’ll be trusted to safely collect and return dogs to their homes, manage engaging walks across local parks, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. This is a hands-on, rewarding role that’s perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, loves animals, and values punctuality, care, and responsibility.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Dog Collection & Drop-Off: Safely collect dogs from client homes and return them post-walk, following designated routes and schedules.
  • Dog Walking & Supervision: Lead group walks (maximum of 3 dogs) using positive reinforcement and safe handling practices. Monitor the dogs’ behaviour and wellbeing at all times.
  • Cleanliness & Comfort: Ensure dogs are dry, clean, and comfortable before drop-off. Handle towels, water, or minor messes as part of your routine.
  • Schedule & Timekeeping: Follow the day’s route efficiently, arriving punctually to each client. Update the team if changes or delays occur.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to share insights, support group logistics, and maintain a positive, reliable work culture.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience caring for or walking dogs (especially in group settings)
  • Comfortable handling a variety of dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Physically fit and comfortable walking multiple dogs outdoors in all weathers

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Your own vehicle suitable for safe dog transport
  • Basic understanding of dog behaviour and body language
  • Training in animal care, pet first aid, or dog behaviour
  • Familiarity with Fulham and local parks/routes
