The company generates an annual turnover of approximately £250 million and operates nine centres across the UK and Ireland, employing roughly 3,500 highly skilled individuals.
This is a full-time HSE Advisor role at KAEFER UK & Ireland. The role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, inspecting work site(s), providing training/guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a site position located in Barry, Wales, on our Dow site.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Risk assessment and site inspection skills
- Training and communication skills
- Experience in technical industrial services is beneficial
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- NEBOSH Cert
- Membership of IOSH/IIRSM
- Applied practice of UK Health, Safety, and Environmental Regs
- Hold the right to live and work in the UK
