Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a self employed Mortgage Advisor located in Epsom, with some work from home flexibility. The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for providing bespoke mortgage advice, analysing clients\’ financial situations, preparing and submitting mortgage applications, and staying updated on the latest market trends. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing financial planning advice, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mortgages and Financial Planning
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing
• CeMap Qualified
• Proficient in Finance and Financial Products
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
