My client is a global publishing organisation seeking multiple candidates for an exciting 6-month remote project. Details: Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Pay: £160.00 PAYE per day plus Holiday Pay Start Date: 23rd June Role description: The Publishing Ethics Analyst will support large-scale investigations into published content in scholarly journals. Responsibilities include analyzing ethical issues, ensuring research integrity, and maintaining high publication ethics standards. Responsibilities: Assess activities of authors, reviewers, editors, guest editors, and others accurately Investigate issues such as plagiarism, duplication, authorship disputes, peer review manipulation, and figure manipulation/duplication Manage investigations to ensure they stay on schedule and articles are handled promptly Prioritize tasks based on team needs Support reporting and track work progress regularly Skills: Degree in an academic discipline Knowledge of STM journal peer-review processes and COPE best practices Methodical work approach, problem-solving, and fact-checking skills Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
