From streamlining compliance records to liaising with contractors and suppliers, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. You will coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure any documentary compliance needs. Main Duties Manage the administration of all health and safety related compliance records, including coordinating with the facilities and maintenance team to collate and maintain machinery technical files and inspection and maintenance records. Responsible for ensuring RAMS and insurance documentation are sought from contractors and filed accordingly. Work closely with the health and safety and facilities and maintenance teams to develop contractor control procedures, including streamlining permit to work procedures. Coordinate with stakeholders to collate and organise health and safety records for risk assessments, safe systems of work, inspections, maintenance and permits.
