- Retail Media & Performance: Develop and execute a cutting-edge Amazon Retail Media strategy, maximising product visibility and sales. Optimise campaigns using various targeting options and ad formats to maximize ROI. Manage AMS campaigns with Publicis, conducting keyword research and bid optimization. Improve product visibility in Amazon search results.
- Brand Building & DSP: Expand brand awareness and reach new customers using Amazon DSP for audience-based marketing. Conduct audience research and segmentation for effective targeting. Align Amazon Ads activities with overall brand strategy and messaging.
- Planning & Execution: Develop a comprehensive Amazon Ads strategy, including planning, budget, and measurement. Manage daily Amazon Ads operations, including campaign setup and optimization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key Amazon KPIs. Leverage data insights to improve campaign performance and drive sales.
- Content Optimization: Update the Amazon Brand Store to align with brand direction and enhance customer experience. Optimize product listings and ad creatives to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Brand & Media Collaboration: Ensure Amazon activities align with overall brand strategy, messaging, and campaigns. Partner with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns.
- Retail Media Agency Management: Manage relationships with Retail Media agencies, overseeing campaign execution, budgets, and reporting. Provide strategic direction to agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Internal Engagement Incl. Zone: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of Amazon initiatives. Regularly communicate performance updates, insights, and learnings to internal stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Performance marketing experience: At least two years of hands-on experience with (PPC) advertising and/or demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Amazon Ads expertise: Specific experience working with Amazon's advertising platform is highly desired.
- Motivation and ability to handle pressure: The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and comfortable working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- E-commerce acumen: Experience optimizing product listings, online merchandising, and driving sales online.
- Data-driven decision making: Strong analytical skills are essential for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), reach, cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate (CVR). Need to be comfortable interpreting data and turning it into actionable strategies.
- Teamwork and communication: The ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners is a must.
- Project management skills: They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
