Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Junior OS plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. This role is a core part of the Site leadership team, responsible for ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the warehouse team during your shift, leading by example, training new team members, and ensuring process and product knowledge.
- Accurately selecting and packing items for customer orders.
- Supporting the management of delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
- Contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
- Receiving products from vendors, verifying counts, and resolving discrepancies.
- Organizing inventory, conducting cycle counts, managing waste, and ensuring compliance, including partnership with TooGoodToGo.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Supporting onsite health and safety compliance and testing.
About You:
- Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
- Effective communication skills.
- Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
- Flexible availability to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
