Account Executive
At Track24, we’re looking to expand our latest product, AtlasNXT, into new markets and accelerate our global growth. We need a commercially sharp Account Executive to close new business, expand our footprint, and help organisations worldwide drive Duty‑of‑Care across their workforce.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the full sales cycle from marketing/SDR handover to deal close.
- Delivering engaging product demos that highlight AtlasNXT’s value.
- Managing customer needs and streamlining proposals, trials, and onboarding.
- Negotiating contracts and maximizing deal profitability.
- Responding to tenders and vendor due diligence requests.
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Finance (we use Zoho CRM).
- Developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Working closely with SDRs to align lead lists, coach, and ensure pipeline quality.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑suite executives.
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and global risk environments.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role within the technology industry.
- Previous experience selling into senior management/C‑suite in enterprise businesses.
- Full ownership of revenue targets.
- Experience working within a small commercial function (scale‑up/start‑up).
Desirable experience:
- Experience within Securitytech, Safetytech, Insurtech, Medtech, or Geolocation technology.
- Background selling into defence, public sector, or government environments.
- Demonstrated progression from an SDR/BDR role into an Account Executive role.
- Experience in selling mass communications platforms.
- Previous experience working in high‑risk emergency services/mass comms or travel risk.
