A growing, award-winning mental health charity is looking for a Clinical Lead to join the team in London. This role combines clinical leadership with community-based interventions, delivering innovative projects that blend evidence-based psychological approaches with physical activities. This hybrid role is initially 15 hours per week over 2-3 days, with the potential to expand as the organisation grows. The charity operates across multiple inner London sites. You will receive a salary of £54,000 - £58,000 pro rata.

What You’ll Be Doing As Clinical Lead:

  • Shaping and overseeing clinical strategy, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Providing clinical oversight for interventions, ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.
  • Taking responsibility for delivering group-based wellbeing projects, collaborating with specialist clinicians and coaches in community settings.
  • Line managing and scaling clinical teams to enhance quality and standards.
  • A key to success will be your measuring of impact, generating insights and contributing to reporting.

What We’re Looking For In a Clinical Lead:

The ideal candidate is highly motivated by delivering innovative interventions to hard-to-reach young people in group settings. You will either be qualified by experience in a Mental Health setting for young people and/or clinically qualified in Psychotherapy, Counselling, Psychology (e.g. Clinical Psychology D. Clin.
