The Role
As Global Event Production Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning and expansion of either scalable or permanent event experiences. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the strategic development and roll out of global event projects
- Holding oversight of production execution on a global level
- Providing senior input in conceptualisation and creative event solutions
- Assessing and implementing standard working practices across global teams
- Working with regional production teams to translate projects into reality
- Managing and developing partner relationships
- Standardising playbook deployment globally
- Building and developing a team
- Holding financial responsibility of global production delivery
The Candidate
We are seeking senior level experience in live event production across immersive, theatrical, experiential, festival or attraction style event projects. Candidates must come with proven leadership skills, a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. High level financial management abilities are key (budgets around £5million) and any experience delivering global projects would be hugely beneficial.
