The role involves winning new business, meeting Sales Order Value & Product Volume targets while maintaining the high standards the BT Brand has established. The market is small business 0-49 Employees. Sales opportunities are generated from an outbound dialler campaign, some sales leads and inbound calls. The role holder will handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, following established Sales methods and procedures.
What you’ll be doing:
- Determination to work hard and succeed in a challenging environment.
- Understand BT’s products and services to effectively meet customer needs and acquire new clients.
- Make outbound cold calls to attract new customers in the 0-49 employee segment.
- Sell BT & EE’s standard products, including mobile, connectivity, and IP voice, and potentially across multiple product areas to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
- Follow BT’s sales processes to retain and grow business, including effective questioning and account management.
- Achieve targets and KPIs in a target-driven, customer-facing environment, including customer contact, pipeline health, and revenue growth.
- Keep sales tools and systems updated with accurate customer information, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Identify and pursue new business and growth opportunities within the account base.

Our working model:
