About the Role

As a Global Talent Partner, you’ll be at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic media and tech environments—supporting hiring across strategy, digital, media, and creative roles. You’ll be trusted to shape the future of their teams, working directly with senior stakeholders to influence hiring strategy and elevate talent acquisition to the next level. You’ll work for Chapter 2 but be fully integrated into our client’s organisation—operating as an extension of their talent team, brand, and mission. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-evolving environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to own end-to-end recruitment across media, tech, and digital teams
  • Build diverse, future-focused talent pipelines to support strategic growth
  • Use data-driven hiring strategies to influence and shape recruitment decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and hiring best practices
