As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the Ireland and UK, you'll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across the Ireland and UK businesses. You'll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.
- Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
- Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
- Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
- Attract diverse talent through various channels.
- Actively develop and maintain external talent pipelines.
- Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.
- Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house.
- Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
- Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- An expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.
- Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English. A second European language is considered a plus.
- The right to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
