What we expect from you:

Our Commercial Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of their department of your responsibilities will be to:

• Analyse commercial data and put actions in place to improve the sales of the store
• Oversee all the training and development of the commercial team
• Take responsibility for all the visual and commercial aspects of the store
• Be an ambassador for our company\’s sustainability project
