Due to continued growth, Purslows has an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our team of Chartered Surveyors and architectural designers carrying out work throughout Norfolk and East Anglia. The successful candidate will be provided with a varied workload across a wide range of surveying and architectural work including the following:
- Residential and commercial building surveys
- Contract Administration
- Party walls
- Dilapidations
We are flexible in terms of experience - applications will be considered from apprenticeships/graduates to MRICS qualified surveyors. The following skills are required:
- Degree in Building Surveying (or working towards if apprentice)
- Competency in AutoCAD desirable
- Excellent communication skills and professional manner
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Desire to progress your career
- Full UK driving licence
The job is based in Cromer on the North Norfolk coast. Depending on experience, hybrid working is available following successful completion of a probation period.
