We have an opening for a highly driven, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who will manage activities with a clear focus on ROI and provable performance. You will play a pivotal role in the company, collaborating with a talented marketing team to drive demand.

Role Overview: As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a pivotal, hands-on driver of one of our products within a product-led SaaS company. Your core mission is to deeply understand customer challenges and translate these insights into data-driven marketing strategies that demonstrably increase trial accounts and deliver a strong ROI. You will thrive by being agile, research and result-focused, and relentless in optimising campaigns to build a robust and loyal brand presence in our market. You will work very closely with the rest of the marketing team as well as product, customer success and leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

What Success Looks Like In This Role: Your first thought (every day) is, ‘How can we get more trial accounts?’ You execute and take massive action quickly. You are curious about what works and why. You are focused on getting results and a return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing marketing campaigns and ideas.
  • Manage Social Media.
  • Collaborating with others to drive growth.
  • Managing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Ensuring clear KPIs are established and adhered to for marketing programs and effectively tracking and reporting on the initiatives.
  • Do/coordinate videos for testimonials, case studies, and product updates.
  • Manage external contractors.
  • Developing brand-focused and product-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Taking the initiative to be creative and ambitious for all marketing campaigns.

Your Skills And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field is ideal.
  • Min 3 years of experience.
  • Solid knowledge of customer psychology.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally within the software industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
