This is not just a product leadership role—it’s a business-critical one. You’ll be responsible for defining the vision, crafting strategy, shipping new products, and scaling adoption. You’ll own both zero-to-one builds and mature product optimization.

About you

At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You’re adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the "why" behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Lead a product squad to execute on ambitious goals, delivering high-impact learner experiences across Sandbox, DataLab, and Certifications.
  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy from problem discovery to monetization.
  • Drive product development, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and content.
  • Grow our New Learner Experiences to meet the needs of both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring industry relevance and user value.
  • Leverage user data, market insights, and experiments to make confident decisions and continually refine product direction.
  • Represent the voice of the learner, synthesizing feedback from users, enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams into actionable product plans.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • A track record of building new products from scratch and taking them to market, ideally including monetization and usage growth.
  • Strong B2C and B2B product experience, with a solid grasp of user needs, funnel optimization, and buyer/user dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience with data tooling, coding environments, or AI-powered products (strongly preferred).
  • Relentlessly curious and data-driven; you use insights to drive strategy and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Comfortable operating at both 30,000ft and ground level—able to think big while delivering incremental value.
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to align teams and rally excitement around a shared vision.
  • Passionate about education, data literacy, and empowering learners of all backgrounds.
