We develop secure, trusted, and user-friendly crypto products for beginners and experienced users alike. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll contribute by understanding customer and business needs, developing user journeys, and working closely with cross-functional teams to craft simple, effective experiences that embody Coinbase’s brand and values. Responsibilities Collaborate within a small team to enhance user experience iteratively Develop features from ideation to testing and deployment Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces Partner with Design Systems team to create scalable components Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback Help execute the product roadmap and define strategy Work daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams Requirements 5+ years of professional Product Design experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience designing for web and mobile consumer experiences Strong UX, visual design, and communication skills Experience collaborating with engineering and research teams Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools Collaborative, open-minded, and humble attitude Interest in crypto or financial products Nice to Have Experience as a Coinbase product user Compensation Target annual salary: £132,000 — £145,200 GBP, plus bonus, equity, and benefits including health coverage.
